The large room has a double bed with the possibility of a third bed. The room is equipped with tv with video recorder and dvd player and wi-fi connection. In the antique furnitures there is room at your disposal to place your luggage.

The dining room is at your complete disposal with the exclusive use of the fridge and the possibility to make some coffee or tea on your own. The breakfast buffet includes seasonal selection of fruit from our garden, freshly brewed coffee, tea, cappuccino, marmalade, butter and biscuits. Breakfast can be enriched with home made cakes or biscuits. 

The modern bathroom is fully equipped: bath, shower, washbasin, wc and bidet. Besides towels, sheets and hygiene products, which are provided, hair drier and fist aid kit and medicines are at your disposal

When the season and the weather permit it, the big garden will be at your disposal for moments of relax  and to have breakfast

Built at the beginning of the 1900 and renovated in 1960, it is composite by 2 apartments. On the first floor there is the B&B

The B&B is placed about 1Km far from the exit motorway in Corso Stupinigi  and about 400 meters    from the tram line number 4 and from urban and suburban buses. In less than 50 meters, there are bus stops and a few shops
